Left-handed 4-hinge kit for 400 series Frenchwood and A-Series hinged patio doors in White finish, used on 80 door heights. Includes 4 hinges, hinge receivers, rout template, installation screws and installation guide (0005413).
NOTE: If replacing one hinge, replace all hinges on the panel as well.

1. 1989-1991: These hinges had one hole in the center of the tab.
2. 1992 to November 2005: This generation had two holes.
