This mortise lock must be used with your existing cylinder lock and handle set trim.
There are no replacements currently available.A

Face Plate: A 7/8 x 7-5/8 inches
Mortise Backset: A 1-1/2 inches, from edge of face plate to center of handle and keylock.
PZ Measurement: 2-9/16 inches from cetner of handle to center of cylinder (standard Papaiz is 2-13/16 inches)
Color: A Brass Only

Notes: A the backset of the 340 mortise lock is wider thatn the other mortise locks like this. A The handle to cylinder hole spacing is not the same as other Papaiz Slimline locks
