Note: The key must be installed and turned to the 11:00 or 1:00 position (depending on which side of the cylinder you're on) in order to remove and install the cylinder. 

To change the handing: Loosen the screw on the back of the latch about 5 turns, pull out the latch and rotate 180 degrees and then put it back in and tighten the screw.
