Replaces Papaiz Lock: Complete Mortise Lockset : MZ-35
The Replacement for Papaiz lockset comes with a Single Cylinder, key on one side, lock w/ 2 keys.
Will replace most Pado, Emtek, Emco, Juralco, and Wright brands.

Fits doors from 1 to 1-3/8 inches thick
Outside trim plate screw holes spaced: 6-9/16 inches
Lock faceplate screw holes spaced: 6-15/16 inches
Faceplate dimensions: 13/16 inch x 7-11/16 inches
Available Finishes: Polished Brass (for other finishes, replace with 301021 - MZ-33 Lockset)

323 Slimline lockcase
Single Cylinder (keyed with thumbturn)

Installation hardware

Polished brass is the only finish available for the MZ35 handle set.
For Black, Satin Chrome or Brushed Chrome, replace with MZ33 handle set.

NOTE: If door is 1-1/2 inches thick you will need a longer spindle and longer screws.

Keyed cylinder is NOT rekeyable.
