Floataway bottom adjustable pivot has 1/4 inch threaded rod with nylon sleeve
For steel framed bi-folding doors.
Plastic pivot rod housing is held in by small snap tab at base - depress and slide out.
Note: The original Pivot had a slightly larger (9/32) diameter end where it fit into plastic pivot block.

The easiest way to remove door is adjust bottom pivot down, lift door out or depress top pivot and remove.
