Truth 40.94 Signature Series Curved Top Sliding Door Hardware - NON-Keyed with Inside Thumbturn. Replaces many styles and brands including Andersen and doors with standard 3-15/16" screw hole handle sets. Will need to drill additional holes in the door to accommodate the bottom screw.
